Every Patient is seen by the Medical Director, who is both a medical doctor and a psychiatrist, on every visit -- usually at two week intervals. Dr. Dudney does not overbook or double book, as he respects your time. The initial work-up requires:

• baseline body fat percentage measurement
• estimate of baseline metabolic rate
• nutritional counseling as needed
• full laboratory blood panel
• medical interview and examination by Dr. Dudney

The start-up fee for the first four weeks is $325. Blood panel, if needed, is billed separately. Return visits for weigh-in, physical check-up and adjustments to your customized medication plan are usually scheduled at two week intervals, and typically requires only 15 minutes of your time. Patients who must make a long drive to the office can request a longer interval, up to 4-weeks between visits. Special arrangements can be made for out-of-state patients or those with exceptional confidentiality or security requirements. After start-up, the doctor fee is $215 per month. If you have questions between visits, Dr. Dudney will return your call the same day. After hours, calls will be returned the next morning. In case of a medical emergency, Dr. Dudney has active privledges at Memorial Hospital and recommends their emergency room (813-873-6445).
