As a Medical Weight Management client, your privacy is of the utmost importance. Your personal information will never be shared or sold to any outside party. Medical Weight Management does not accept or file any type of insurance, and does not release medical information to anyone other than you, the client. Your treatment at our clinic will not be part of your permanent medical record with your insurance company unless you choose to notify them. Special arrangements can be made for out-of-state clients or those with exceptional confidentiality or security requirements.

On-Line Payment Protections

Payments to schedule appointments with Medical Weight Management are processed by PayPal, and all payment information is handled on PayPal's website. (What is PayPal?) After your deposit has been been made, PayPal sends Medical Weight Management an "Authorization Code" indicating successful receipt of your payment. At no point does any individual at Medical Weight Management see or have access to your credit card information during this process. Neither your payment information, nor any part of it, is stored, retained or accessible by Medical Weight Management.
